Holiday parties
So, one Jumbo Carnation (why, yes, he claims that is his legal name, why do you ask?) has come in looking to hire us in a security capacity.
He is throwing three parties for the holidays. The first is on the 21st, the second on the 23rd and the third on New Year's Eve. He's apparently pretty high profile (he's a fashion designer of some sort? Where is Adrienne when I need to know these things?) and is worried someone may decide that his party is worth targeting to take out some mutants and make a statement by some anti-mutant hatemonger. As such, he wants mutant security to work his parties.
I'm sure you guys have plans for at least part of the holidays but if you can/will work any of the parties let me know. I've already begun calling around the other security agencies to see if they have anyone they can recommend so I can get up a crew of about six in total, including us. Oddly enough, Fred Duke's name came up so I'm going to head over to the mansion to see if he's interested in taking the job.

The kids love his designs, though. Well, the designs and the lifestyle. His parties are legendary for getting out of hand, though. Shouldn't be anything the team can't handle, but everyone should be really careful.

Don't get the wrong idea, Carnation is like a big teddy bear. He's really very much a pushover. Which is why these things happen to him. It's his entourage, you know- the business manager, the lawyer, the childhood friends who hang around like leeches. They're the ones who bring the trouble to the parties.
And yeah, I definitely know what you mean about trendy people not being your sort of people. Trendy people aren't a lot of fun.

And he wants us dressed like guests, which doesn't matter for the guys since they just need suits. I need to wear a dress and you can have the satisfaction of witnessing me dressed up like a girl for a change.

Can I help you pick out the dress or just get to witness you wearing it?

Wait, how short is this dress?

You are lovely when you dress as a girl, as you say. I think we should arrange more jobs where it is required.

Mi amor, you say the sweetest things. You only say this, though, because so many people seem to think we're married and I give you a bad rep if I don't sometimes dress up.

I care not for my reputation, you know this. Though the fact that people believe we're married does still amuse me.

Apparently the entire neighborhood has yet to realize I've all the wrong plumbing for your preference. I shall always think of you as Mr. Carlysle, of course. ;)

Oui, of course. It will always be my favourite alias.

I feel the need to get you a fake ID with the name. And perhaps an incredibly Irish given name with Jean-Paul listed as the middle name.
