I didn't know Guatemala and Denmark linked but apparently they do and I keep hearing from Jean-Paul about the hassle he's having with clients outside of District X. He'll be in Denmark for a significant amount of time, it seems and with him gone I'm trying to cover most of the surveillance that leaves unattended but I might shortly be posting a schedule to the board that will have some spots open. Adultery waits for no mutant.

We have minions for that. Sic Riley on it. She's handy for surveillance. The quebecois gets cranky if I spy on adulterers. I think he's convinced I will pull a Lorena Bobbit on them or something. Besides, I have more interesting things to do.

Then I would have to find a life. Right now it's work and time with Anna. No Candy jokes. And Laurie's my only official assistant, that's why a sign-up sheet gets posted.

Who said anything about assistants? I said minions. Peons. People you can order around because you're their boss. Like Riley. And Laura. And the missing Quebecois.

No, really, I wasn't. I have fugitive on the brain. It hardly lends itself to candy cane jokes. Besides, she's nice enough that I'm not inclined to pick on her stage name much.
